Your Stay Guests enjoy the entire home and backyard, complete with: Fire ring for evenings under the stars Two porches with rocking chairs BBQ area with grill Inside you’ll find: Master bedroom: Queen bed, shiplap walls, farmhouse chandelier, large windows overlooking the backyard, plus a sleeper sofa Second bedroom: Two twin beds Extra sleeping space: Two floor mattresses (stored in the master closet) and a 7-ft. living room couch → Comfortably sleeps 7–8 guests Kitchen & Essentials The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, oven, sink, full-size refrigerator, and coffee bar. For the Keurig, please use the bottled water we provide in the fridge. Note: The home’s water comes from a historic farm well, so bottled water is included for your convenience. For plumbing care, please flush only the provided toilet paper (no wet wipes). Book your stay at The Old Dairy today and experience Brenham’s history, hospitality, and small-town warmth. No smoking. Guest access: Guests have full access to the home and fenced in back yard. The front house is ours. You may see us coming and going but the back yard is yours to enjoy. We are very sociable but respect our guests' privacy. Other things to note: You have two parking spaces dedicated to you. Additional cars can be parked on the street. Please don't block our cars. Trash comes on Monday and Recycling comes every other Tuesday. There is a larger blue trash can under the car port for trash and a green trash can for recycling. If you're missing anything, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay. The 10 ft by 30 inch pool is perfect for relaxing on a hot day: (only available in the summer months) Absolutely no unsupervised children in the pool. No glass or sharp objects in the pool. Guests will be charged if the pool is damaged. SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Please remember that check-in is any time after 4 pm (For same day check-ins, our cleaners need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 4 pm, we will let you know. Please use our provided bottled water for the Keurig. 1. No smoking. 2. If guests are under age 21, no alcohol is permitted. 3. No parties or events. 4. No additional people are allowed on the property as per our insurance policy. 5. Guests agree to take financial responsibility for any damage done to the property during their stay. 6. Quiet time outside begins at 10 pm. 7. Do not move furniture. Charges may apply.
